Our treatments are governed by the following terms and conditions:

Treatment Quote:
Any pricing provided in treatment quotes will remain valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Quoted treatments can be scheduled for any available date within or after this 90-day period.

Deposit:
Surgery slots remain available until deposits are placed. In the rare event that two patients submit a deposit for the same surgery slot, we will allocate it to the patient who pays first. If we are unable to provide you with any of your preferred dates, we will refund the deposit.

Outstanding Balance:
Any outstanding balance toward treatment costs must be settled at least 21 days before your procedure date.
Failure to clear any outstanding balance may lead to the cancellation of your procedure and forfeiture of your deposit.

Patient Amendments:
If you need to modify your surgical date, please send an email within 21 days of your procedure. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes.
If you need to modify your surgical plan, such as hairline advancements or additional grafts, please send an email within 21 days of your procedure. Please note that increasing the number of grafts may result in a change in the procedure's price.

Clinic Amendments:
In the rare event that we need to amend your surgical date, we will strive to provide you with as much notice as possible.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your procedure, please send an email at least 21 days in advance of your scheduled date to facilitate a refund for treatment costs excluding the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable under two conditions:
- The deposit is paid within 14 days of the surgery date.
- It has been more than 14 days since the deposit was paid.
